Returns & Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please contact our customer care team at 1-800-336-6657 (Mon - Fri 9:00am - 7:00pm EST). They will be happy to assist you with our process and get you set up with a pre-paid return shipping label.

    Return and Exchange Guidelines:
  • Product must be in NEW (unworn) condition.
  • Try on shoes over a carpeted surface in order to prevent scuffing
  • Product must be in ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED box packed in an appropriate shipping container.
  • Product returns that are deemed as unacceptable, or not in NEW resell-able condition, will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  • Products may be returned within 60 DAYS from shipping date.
  • Please include a copy of ONE of the following: original invoice receipt, original shipping receipt, or return authorization form.

For returns and exchanges, Happy Feet Plus will provide a pre-paid U.S. Postal Service return shipping label. As noted above, in order to obtain the pre-paid return label, please call our customer care team at 1-800-336-6657.

For all exchanges, use of this return shipping label is free.

For returns for a refund, Happy Feet Plus will deduct $9.99 from your refund for use of the return shipping label.

At this time, Canadian Customers will need to pay the shipping related charges (including any relevant duties) for returns and exchanges.

Please Note: Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
